One of the core values at Pacifica is whole-person wellness. We encourage all residents to participate in wellness-related activities. Our goal is to have residents remain functioning at their highest capacity, as well as improve their fitness. Our wellness studios and accompanying exercise equipment are state-of-the art. Wellness instructors are certified. Instructors conduct both land and water classes, as well as training on stationary equipment. Classes are tailored to residents’ requests and participation, including:

Our unique memory programs at Pacifica help provide a comprehensive approach to caring for each resident by integrating behavioral management and nursing assistance. Progressive memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer’s can all be very overwhelming conditions for individuals and their loved ones. Our Music Program allows us to enrich the lives of our residents facing these types of illnesses. From our person-first programs to our compassionate team members, Pacifica puts your loved one’s care in the best hands.
Namaste care was developed as a small group program for people with advanced Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. It was adapted as an individual program that brings Namaste care to people with a variety of health concerns. Namaste care at Pacifica promotes a calm, peaceful setting where individuals can relax with the aid of peaceful massage, scents, and sounds.
BRAIN Fitness Program
Senior wellness includes mental workouts along with physical workouts. Pacifica’s Brain Fitness Program stimulates brain growth and slows cognitive decline by helping our residents pursue new knowledge, stimulate brain growth, combat depression, and boost their self-image.
