At Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn, we offer a full continuum of care including Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing Care, and Respite Care, making our community a place where you or your loved one can age in place with total peace of mind. Our staff is specially trained to help meet the needs of those living with any difficulty or malady, including Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, and we offer a range of Skilled Nursing Care services to assist residents who need additional levels of care not included in Assisted Living or Memory Care.

"I cannot say how happy I am with Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn. This facility has been through a lot of changes and challenges but I have seen so much improvement over the past couple of months. The people there now care and it shows. My mom is smiling every time I visit and the staff are friendly. I called the director at 2am in the morning the other night because I was worried about an issue my mom called me about and he answered and took time with me and got the issue resolved then followed up the next day. The new lady over the assisted living building is fantastic as well and has helped get my moms medications on a better schedule."

Independent Living

Independent Living residents enjoy all the comforts of home in an apartment with their own kitchen and private bathroom. They can enjoy three gourmet meals a day in the restaurant-style dining room or at their own table in their apartment. They also have access to all our other amenities, including housekeeping services, transportation services, scheduled outings, and planned activities with other residents.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living is designed to help seniors maintain their independence while providing assistance with daily tasks. We want everyone to focus on enjoying life, so we handle the challenges of daily tasks for each individual so the day can be as active and independent as possible. Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn provides 24-hour care and access to shared common areas like the dining room, living room, library, and more.

Memory Care

Memory Care is designed to help residents who are experiencing memory loss. Your loved one can enjoy the company of their peers, participate in social activities, and take part in a range of activities designed to encourage healthy living and cognitive stimulation. With access to staff 24-hours a day and person-centered care, your loved one gets the most of life.

Respite Care

We understand that caring for elderly loved ones can be challenging at times. Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn offers Respite Care so you or a trusted caregiver can take a break. Since our Respite Care program offers all the benefits and excitement that our long-term residents enjoy, it is also a great way to try the community out and see if it is the right fit.
