The Apartments

The apartments at Pacifica Senior Living Calaroga Terrace offer panoramic views of the city. Each apartment offers beautiful design features like window treatments, optional floor plans, spacious closets, luxurious carpeting and more. While our apartment homes are beautifully appointed there is still plenty of ways to decorate and make it your own. Every apartment is outfitted with a sprinklers and smoke alarms for your safety. We are a pet friendly community so you can bring your pet with you to enjoy your new apartment. Our apartments have emergency, pull cords, in every bathroom and bedroom, just in case! Of course our kitchens and baths are also well thought out and designed for both beauty and function.

All of the above is included in your one low monthly rental agreement. We never make you sign a long term lease or charge you a buy in fee. We want our residents to spend their retirement as they want too so we never bog you down with long term commitments.
