"My mom suffers from Alzheimer's and it was getting harder and harder for my dad to take care of her at home.  I called various communities in the Santa Clarita Valley and started looking for the best option for mom.  What impressed me right away about Pacifica Senior Living was Nicole Wessel, the Community Relations Director.  Nicole was available when I called and comfortably answered any questions I had right away and gave me a Facetime tour making a great first impression. Once Dad was on board with Mom's move, Nurse Raina went to my parents' house to assess Mom's care needs and was very kind to my parents. Nicole advocated for medical documentation to be completed on time and found a mobile chest x-ray service that could provide TB test results on the same day.  In three weeks, Nicole had moved mountains for Mom to move in, but on the day of the move, Mom refused to get in the car!  Nicole saved the day and connected me with a transport service that would help us transport Mom.  Now that Mom is in memory care, Latosha, Kenya, and Venita are helping Mom get familiar with her new home. We are very grateful for the kindness that Pacifica Senior Living has shown our family through this very challenging and stressful time."
